With this awareness, we place great emphasis on processing and storing all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with the company, including those who benefit from our services, in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Collection, Processing and Purpose of Processing of Personal data

We value your privacy and do not collect direct personal data such names, contact information or physical address, except you provide this information directly to us when you:

To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The personal data transfer is justified based on the legal condition mentioned in KVKK Article 5/2 (f).

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

In addition to when you directly share your personal data as explained above, your technical personal data is also collected automatically through electronic means via our hosting provider, Godaddy Inc. The data may be processed for the purpose of ensuring information security and maintaining website functionality. 

The collection of your technical personal data is based on the legal reason of the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, in accordance with the Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection law No. 6689. 

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set forth below in this Information Notice, our Company will process your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board stipulates a fee, the fee specified in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

1. To learn whether personal data is being processed,
2. To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
7. To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. In case of damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

Pursuant to Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your request to exercise your rights specified above to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined a specific method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your written application to our Company under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law are explained below.

To exercise your rights specified above, you may submit your request, which includes the necessary information to establish your identity and an explanation of the right you wish to exercise as specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law by submitting a signed copy of the application along with documents confirming your identity to ‘ address’ sending it through a notary public or using other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law, or sending the form with a secure electronic signature to info@thelinking.services
